Peach shortbread

Hello! I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekends. I just wanted to share this Peach Shortbread recipe I made over the weekend. It was easy and delicious. I picked up my peaches at the farmer's market, which made it even better. I skipped the step of browning butter and just used regular butter, which saved time. I could imagine using so many different fruits in replace of the peaches including apples this fall. We will see. If I experiment with any other fruits I will let you know. Enjoy your day back to work or school or normal life!

Oh my gosh, we have a ton of fresh peaches right now! I've been looking for a recipe to use them in and this looks so delicious.
