In addition to shopping for people on my Christmas list, I tried to find some deals for myself during the holidays. I decided to focus on big chunky sweaters this year since those seemed to be a major category missing from my wardrobe. I've been trying to clean out my closet every season, getting rid of styles I no longer care for or wear. Last year, I did a big purge of my sweaters, leaving my closet woefully low on this wardrobe staple. With colder temperatures right around the corner, I was glad to stock up while they were on sale.
This pointelle sweater from Loft is one of my favorites. It's big, chunky, and cozy, and styles perfectly with jeans and booties. I also want to try it with skirts for work. Currently, this sweater is almost sold out, but luckily Loft has a lot of other cute styles like this texturestich sweater and marled sweater. What are you wearing to stay warm this winter?
